Terms of Use
These Terms of Use form a contract between the customer (you) and Netstore Jewellery and apply to the ordering, purchase, fulfilment and delivery of goods from netstore.net.au.
Orders may be cancelled by us at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to accept a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
All descriptions and images provided on this website or otherwise communicated to you are for guidance only. Nothing contained in any such description or image shall form any part of these terms.
This website and all of its contents are the property of Netstore Jewellery and are protected by law.
By accessing, using or browsing this website, you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (“Terms of Use”). We reserve the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time, without providing notice to you. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use.
Pricing
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the event an item is incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Prices quoted on the website are subject to change.
Payment and Security
This website accepts payments via PayPal, Visa & Mastercard as well as Direct Deposit to our bank account.
None of your payment details are ever stored on our server.
Credit Card (Stripe)
Credit card payments can be processed securely through the Stripe Payment Gateway. We do not store any credit card information on our server. To view the Stripe Privacy Policy, please click here.
PayPal
Payments made via PayPal (including Visa and Mastercard) are highly secure. PayPal uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you’re using an approved browser – one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
Direct Deposit
Orders where payments are made by Direct Deposit will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
